Purchasing a ticket

You can purchase TransLink tickets from a number of convenient locations.

1 Passengers can top up an existing go card only.
2 Applications available from train stations (7 days to process).
3 View go card retailers, ticket agents or call 13 12 30.
4 Passengers can purchase or top up a TransLink go card online or call 13 12 30.

Please note
  • single, daily and off-peak daily tickets are non-refundable
  • all tickets are not transferable from one customer to another.
