 Buy a go card
To purchase a go card for a family member, apply using your details in the cardholder section and your family member's details in the authorised user section.
Please note
- the cardholder is responsible for the card as well as compliance with the go card conditions of use
- the authorised user can top up the go card, report the card lost or stolen and view the balance and transaction history information
- the authorised user is unable to seek a card balance adjustment, dispute a transaction, or replace the card
- the go card will be sent to the authorised user's address.
